This Paleo Buffalo Wing Dip is about to become your new game-day go-to. It’s creamy, tangy, packed with that classic buffalo kick, and it comes together with just a handful of ingredients and one bowl — no standing over a fryer, no sauce splattered everywhere, just a dish you pop in the oven and forget about for twenty minutes.
Jump to RecipeWhy this dip is so good
I love that this dip lets you get all the flavor of a wing basket without the deep fryer. Shredded chicken gets tossed with paleo mayo, buffalo sauce, ranch, and a little nutritional yeast for cheesy depth, then baked until warm and bubbly. Fresh green onions on top bring everything to life. Using Primal Kitchen’s Buffalo Sauce and Primal Kitchen Non-Dairy Ranch keeps things simple, too — no ingredient labels to squint at, no separate spice mixing, just good, clean flavor straight from the bottle. I serve this with cup up carrots and celery and my favorite Siete Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips.

When should I serve this
Whether you’re bringing this to a tailgate, serving it up for family movie night, or just meal-prepping a snack for the week, it’s a total crowd-pleaser for paleo and non-paleo eaters. I’ve served it at parties where half the guests had no idea it was paleo until I told them — it just tastes like buffalo chicken dip should.

Ingredients:
- cooked shredded chicken
- paleo mayo
- Primal Kitchen buffalo wing sauce
- Primal Kitchen Non- Dairy ranch dressing
- nutritional yeast
- green onions
- Paleo tortilla chips, celery, and carrots
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, paleo mayo, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and nutritional yeast until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Top with sliced green onions and serve with paleo tortilla chips, celery, carrots — or all three!
A couple of tips if you’re making this ahead: you can mix everything together and refrigerate it, covered, up to a day before you plan to bake it — just add a few extra minutes in the oven if it’s going in cold. It also reheats beautifully, so don’t be afraid to make it the day before a party. Leftovers (if you have any!) are fantastic scooped onto a paleo wrap or spooned over a bed of greens for lunch the next day.
