Kristin’s Paleo Kitchen is Hitting the Road

Sugarloaf Key, FL – Ariel Photograph by Gary Sullinger (Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot)

So after all of these last years of having to follow a strict gluten free diet and now following a paleo diet, I have gotten very good at navigating eating out– which was not the case when this all began ten years ago. When I was first diagnosed with my gluten allergy, I was so scared to eat out. The thought of having to ask so many questions and try to figure out what was safe to eat was daunting. I had never faced this before.

Wondering where this is going? Coming soon, my husband Gary and I will be sharing our travels with you. We will share the restaurants that we have eaten at that are safe if you follow a paleo diet, along with travel photos, things to do in the area, and accommodations. I am very excited to have my husband be a part of this. He is a part 107 drone pilot certified through the FAA and happens to take the best aerial photos and videos, as well as still photography. For the last 25 years, we have loved exploring new areas, seeing the sights, and having great meals together. To this day, he is my favorite sounding board and best travel buddy!
