Some weeks you just need someone else to make the decisions for you. This 5-day paleo dinner plan pulls together five of my go-to recipes — a noodle bowl, a skillet chicken, a soup, a stew, and an elegant pork tenderloin — into one easy lineup. I’ve also broken the grocery list down by category so you can shop once and cook all week without any extra planning.
The Dinner Lineup
Day 1: Paleo Korean Noodle Bowl
Sweet potato glass noodles tossed with beef (or chicken), bell peppers, carrots, and spinach in a sweet-savory coconut amino sauce. Ready in under 30 minutes, so it’s perfect for a busy night.

Day 2: Paleo Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Mustard Sage Sauce
A balsamic-marinated pork tenderloin served with a creamy mustard sage sauce. It’s elegant enough for company but easy enough for a weeknight, and it’s just as good served cold the next day.
Since this dish doesn’t include a vegetable, it’s a great one to round out with a simple veggie side — roasted broccoli, a green salad, or sautéed green beans would all be perfect.

Day 3: Paleo Beef Stew
Tender chunks of beef slow-simmered with carrots, potatoes, and herbs in a rich broth. Little hands-on effort, big payoff — and it freezes beautifully if you want to double the batch.

Day 4: Paleo Sausage Potato Kale Soup
A creamy, dairy-free soup loaded with ground sausage, potatoes, and kale. This one’s a reader favorite for a reason — comforting, filling, and freezer-friendly.

Day 5: Paleo Skillet Chicken with Tomatoes and Feta
Cassava-dredged chicken cutlets seared and baked with cherry tomatoes, dairy-free feta, fresh basil, and a balsamic pan sauce, all in one skillet. A great way to close out the week without a sink full of dishes.

Having a plan like this makes such a difference during a busy week. Once the shopping is done, you can just work your way down the list night by night without any extra thinking. Feel free to swap the order around to fit your schedule, or double up on a favorite and freeze the extra for later. However you make it work, I hope this takes a little bit of the stress out of your week.
