Must have Staples

The key to having a meal on the table is having a well stocked pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. I have created this must have staples list of Paleo ingredients for you to keep on hand. I keep a constant list of what I am running low on and that way when I hit the store I can buy that ingredient to always make sure I have it on hand. See one of your favorite pantry staples on sale? Make sure you stock up when you get the sale price, I love to save a little money any way that I can.
